Selection Process

All abstracts are evaluated. Applicants who are shortlisted will be asked to send their presentation to the organizers:
You submit your abstract here. When submitting your abstract, we ask you to start thinking about how your presentation will look. The Cloud & AI Leadership Day Board, which is responsible for curating the technical focal points, decides whether your contribution will be included in the program or flows into the other talks and workshops where the community decides (“Unconference Talks”).

The Conference Board will evaluate the presentations and select 20 - 25 presentations for the final program:
The decision has been made, and you may officially call yourself a Cloud Leadership Day 2025 Speaker. A board member will contact you to discuss your speech and your ideas in advance. Please note that speeches are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. You could assume that 20 minutes are intended for your speech and 10 minutes for Q&A.

No Sales Pitches, please!
You love your company, your products, your services? And that’s great, because life is too short to waste at a job you hate! But please focus your talk/workshop on practical, real-world solutions that are transferable to other attendees. Pure sales pitches and talks that focus heavily on a specific tool or service will be rejected.
Format
Talks and Workshops are 30 minutes long (incl Q&A) either in German or English.
Admin
All speakers are granted free entry to the conference (Cloud&AI Leadership Day), including catering and the partner expo. Please note that travel and hotel costs are not covered by the organizers.
