Bobby Leu is a seasoned strategy and technology leader based in Zurich, Switzerland, and currently serves as the Managing Director of DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) at Xebia. In this role, he leads regional growth and drives strategic initiatives to strengthen Xebia’s footprint in the enterprise digital transformation space.

With over 12 years of experience in the B2B technology sector, Bobby has held several senior leadership positions. Prior to joining Xebia, he was the Chief Operating Officer at SELISE and Vice President for Small & Medium Business at UPC in Switzerland and Austria.

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.
