Ines Kljucar is Chief Commercial & Digital Officer at Phoenix Mecano AG, a Swiss-listed industrial component manufacturer. With a strong foundation in international management and finance from Humboldt University Berlin, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, she brings a strategic business perspective to digital transformation and AI adoption.
She began her career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger before taking on leadership roles in the B2B industrial sector at Bosch and subsequently at Phoenix Mecano. There, she has been leading a commercial and cultural transformation centred on customer-centricity, digital innovation, and the systematic development of organizational capabilities to enable future-ready teams.
Her current focus lies in unlocking tangible business value through Generative AI, driving use cases at the intersection of sales, marketing, supply chain, and administrative efficiency – always grounded in commercial impact and operational efficiency gains rather than technological novelty. She is particularly passionate about enabling cross-functional talent and fostering a culture of openness and confidence around AI adoption, actively working to overcome resistance and build the organizational readiness required for lasting change.
