After leading transformation initiatives at Merrill Lynch London and the Royal Bank of Scotland, Jane held various CIO roles in energy, agriculture supply chains, and trading at RWE, Cargill, and Alpiq.

Jane has demonstrated the ability to build organizational capability and culture to deliver global transformation and innovation for manufacturing, supply chain, core ecosystems, and customer operations in globally dispersed organizations. She has transitioned organizations from legacy systems to new, agile, smart business models, and built enterprise architecture to enable simultaneous modernization of core and digital systems at an accelerated rate, leveraging Artificial intelligence. She positioned companies as an industry leader in supply chain digital services.
