In today’s data-driven world, organizations face the challenge of overcoming data silos to make informed decisions. This presentation highlights the problems arising from isolated data sources and presents data federation as a seemingly attractive solution. However, consolidating data often leads to an overwhelming flood of information that hinders rather than facilitates decision-making.
We will discuss specific use cases to illustrate how companies can bring clarity and structure to their data landscape. The critical role of data quality will be emphasized, alongside the need for a clear MDM vision. This structured approach not only prepares data for better utilization in AI applications but also enhances decision-making through improved data integrity.
Participants will be inspired to lay the groundwork for successful data management that addresses the challenges of the data tsunami while generating genuine business value.
